Free Shipping

Our Free Shipping policy will only apply to the standard shipping method. Any expedited shipping requests will be charged for the full price of shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information with requested shipping method and needed date of delivery.

Where does Enterprise deliver to?

Items ordered in the United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the UK. We do not ship to the Isle of Man. For shipping to Jersey, and Guernsey, please select international shipping as your location instead of the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery
  • Up to 5 working days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
  • All orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods during this period. A signature will be required.
  • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
Express delivery
  • 1-2 (working) day delivery on in-stock items.
  • Order up to 4:00pm for Express Delivery, subject to payment clearance.
  • All orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods on any of the 2 days the delivery may take place. A signature will be required.
  • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Services within 48 hours.
How can I track my delivery?

If the tracking information is not available within the time frames outlined below, please contact our customer service team via email for help.

Registered airmail: The tracking information takes 5-7 working days from the time of shipment to update online. Please try to track your order after 7 business days to get your package status.

Express shipping: the tracking information is available within 1-3 working days after the package has been shipped out.
