What is OEKO-TEX®

OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide association of independent institutes for product safety and sustainable production in the textile industry. Products certified with OEKO-TEX® do not contain any toxic or allergic substances.

All of our OEKO-TEX® products are certified under the STANDARD 100 certification, which is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances and produced sustainably.

Our ambition is to only use textiles that are sustainable and safe in a human-ecological terms.

How does OEKO-TEX® work?

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms.

The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of the extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalogue. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements.

This means the product are tested for harmful substances and produced sustainable in accordance with OEKO-TEX ® guidelines.
